Only caught the end of this but I agree Brighton Boy. Absoultely fantastic individual.

Really made me think how trivial and pathetic some of the things I worry about in life are.

i think it makes you look at yourself in a different light.......

This is some man with so much heart.

And people like him deserve to live normal lives. Unfortunately he wasnt given that chance.

Made the most of what he had though

Here, here - top man, really admired him for what he did, hopefully his legacy can be honoured. Also, was quite amusing him and Nell McAndrew

An incredibly moving program last night. Bizarre in the extreame. What an extrodinary man. The pain he was going through on a day to day basis would have been unbearable to most.

The can of baked beans on his coffin was a stoke of genius!

"What does it mean?"
"Nothing, but it will get them talking!"

RIP

His humour was amazing for a man who must have suffered the most excruciating pain on a daily basis.

When he said the friction causes the skin to come off then goes: "It's no good for wanking, mind."

But there were some dreadful moments too. When he was in agony and the camera crew was watching him and he had to ask them for help. Also when his mum was changing his dressings.

In the end, I was glad he died because you got the sense he had had enough and felt it was his time to go.

He had so much dignity it was incredible.

Grace, dignity, an incredible sense of humour...

I don't believe in God, but I hope Jonny's looking down on us from on high...

This should be required viewing for EVERYONE.

It would nive to have a copy of the video. Everytime you're feeling sorry for yourself. Whack it in and suddnely everything gets put into perspective.

Perhaps they should air drop it over the middle east?
