How do I change the recorded details on my e card?

I did it by emailing the club, but apparently it is possible to do it on the top up website.

I tried to do this on the top up website but couldn't find out how or see a link to do it. I would have thought that there would be one.

Have you tried phoning the club and talking to a person?

It seems from most of your posts that you struggle with computers, as I do by the way, and I have always found them to be most helpful.

It is difficult to get through to the club at the moment as they re pre occupied with answering queries about season tickets so I though that if I could do it on line, which I expected, it would help them and achieve my aim.

FYI it says we are after James Mackie from QPR if there is no recall clause inserted and also a youngster from West Ham for the DS.
