There is another similar video for a slightly lower tower in Russia, but where you can see that the lead man is definitely not clipping as he climbs. He climbs at a quick rate too. Whether his mate further down has some form of anchor, you can't see. First time I watched it, I had to get up and walk round the room (no sofa to hide behind).
