I cant comment tbh as have only seen the goals on the news here ,but sounds as though man utd did a demolition job on them in the first 20 mins

I'm not sure that Athens is technically classed as Eastern Europe.

Mind you, nor is Istanbul.

If it is an all English final would it not be a good idea to play it in England from a saftey point of view?

It would make more sense from a logistical point of view for the fans, except the final is not about the fans is it????

The 2000 final between Real Madrid and Valencia was in France and the 2003 final between AC Milan and Juventus was in England.
