Whats the best PC program to use to enable me to copy DVDs and CDs on my computer without having any 'cannot copy copyrighted material' bollocks.

Are there any good programs that turn a blind eye and just let you do a complete copy?

Thanks in advance...

:)

For dvd's I use dvddecrypter and dvdshrink

Both freeware and both do the job of ripping. To burn I use Nero which usually will not burn copy protected.

www.mrbass.org

is where I got mine from and they also link to cd rippers. However on the odd occasion I ned to rip a copy protected cd I use audiograbber.

Edit, just thought. I don't think dvdshrink will rip, what it does is reduce 8.4 gig dvds to 4.7 gig so you can fit them onto the standard single layer, but nero does that anyway.

DVDdecrytpter will rip most copy protection from dvds. I've actually not found any yet that it hasn't worked for me although I do believe there are some newer ones that have some form of enhanced copy protection. It's freeware as well.

I rarely bother ripping copy protected cd's since most of the artists are such shite imho that I don't want to pollute my space by listening to them - sorry :(
