Idk if it was the same in the away end, but the catering system in the West Stand at Brentford was brilliant. Pay at a machine (you can also pre-order food and drinks to collect at HT) you get a QR code, take it to get scanned and the pints are with you quickly. Didn't order food but imagine it works as they get a much better idea of how many items to prepare in a certain timescale. Would be surprised if we haven't looked into something like this.

Half time pre-orders is something I’ve said we’ve need from the first season because the biggest reason for the slow service at kiosks is not the sever - it’s the dithering customers.

The amount of people who get to the front of the queue without knowing what they want or adding to their order after their twenty mates join them at the front of the queue is ridiculous.

The new Cruzcampo bar in the North is good - no queue after I came out of the toilet at half time on Saturday.

Would love to see some people going round with those backpacks selling 330ml cans/bottles. Perfect size for half time. You can happily drink a pint at halftime but it's a bit rushed.
