I did intimate that it was, I merely made an observation. Most normal, decent, people do not see 'being intimidating' as a positve character trait.
The need to indimidate others, and taking pleasure in doing so, is a sign of deep rooted insecurity and a weakness.
Hard as that is for some to understand.
Electric Blue Lois cords, Australian or Cerruti 1881 tracksuit tops and Diadora were the peak.
Farah pants & Pringle jumpers on display here, not to mention some absolute dire haircuts...
Is this the Goldstone ?
Yes it’s the Goldstone v Sheffield United, that’s the Sheffield United fans to the right, there are a few photos online from that day.
Farah “ pants “ you’re not in America now.
Yeah remember that game
Around that time didn't the last home game usually end up handbags on the pitch with the opposition

And then the late 80s saw a kind of spin off into "baggy" with a lot of football lads getting into The Stone Roses, Happy Mondays and more Balearic stuff. Flowered Up did an absolutely mental gig at The Zap that was full of Brighton.
This is Boys Own / Farley and Heller's Terry Farley back in the day. Massively influential in fanzine culture and house / soul.

I usually look for clothes in sales, there is a Twitter account called Man Savings, they put up links to many clothing and trainer sites, some very good bargains if you are quick.
Most of the lads in that photo wore pants as they were from oop north.
I was minding my own business just before that moment, deep under the illusion that I was Peter Ward about to score a penalty in front of the north. My poor hapless mate was in goal. My fantasy was rudely interrupted as we were suddenly surrounded by northern oiks.
A moment later, I was standing by the West stand watching our fans counter charge. Quite a few United got a pasting that day as once their charge petered out, Brighton realised they had greater numbers and chased them back. I recall watching a 'friend' running after them with a corner flag in his hand.
I hated the aggro and hate it still. Idiots like that almost ruined football for a large part of my best years.
Now it’s fancy dress
Do you remember the last game at home to Bristol Rovers, promotion season? Good game think we won 2-0. One memory from that was a Bristol Rovers fan trying to fight everyone outside the Northstand on his todd. I actually felt sorry for him.

Precisely. And odd that those called scum by Thatcher still voted Thatcher.
However, I have no problem with men arranging to meet discretely, via the internet, in a field somewhere, in order to have sweaty mantime. I saw a video once. It isn't my sort of thing, but for those who like it, I salute you.
The Blunts was either 85 or 87 both games early May so likely last home game
Ah yes a trademark header by Bremner In front of a rammed Northstand proper football.Nelson and Bremner that day, glorious sunshine and down the Savannah that night [emoji1303] Happy days.
Same season I remember away at Chester Albion fans everywhere in the town good days gone by. I believe we were waiting on another result that day to go our way and the news trickled through by the time most arrived at Victoria great scenes.Highly likely I was around for that one Don’t think I missed many if any at home and did a fair few away days I’m pretty sure

Absolutely, probably one my favourite times of being an Albion fan made some really good friends, our group of about twenty was a mix of sane and the insane all good fun. Train bunking to away games was the norm all you used to get was a note of Harry clipper the ticket inspectorCracking strike partnership, Nelson 32 and Bremner 20 that season if I recall.
