Wasn't he only their 2nd choice? Know he played a fair bit of last season but thought that was only cause their No 1 was injured.

To be honest, I didn't start this, as a suggestion that we sign him, anyway. Personally I'm happy with Brezovan, and would rather we didn't blow a LOT of our playing budget on another No1 keeper.

Indeed. Higgs got injured in September/October and Ankergren played until March when Higgs came back and finished the season.
