What happened to the luck of the draw? how is it fair if teams are seeded? basicly gives the 'Bigger' teams a chance to get further, in the hope more people will watch the games on tv.

Also gives smaller teams the rare chance to play a bigger team with the associated windfall, especially if it televised.

im not moaning about our draw it will create a good amount of revenue for the club.. but i think if the draw was fair (like the F.A cup) we would stand a better chance of getting further.... possibly giving the club a better chance of making more money!

Choice, go out to Man City, have a full ground and have the possible chance of it being a TV game (which due to it being held after all the rest of the round is a possibilty) bringing more money to the club or go out to Mansfield in front of 2500?

Also if they seeded the first 2 rounds of the FA cup we would be classed as a top seed due to our position last year, anyone fancy Canvey Island?

One of the German cups is seeded to the final and also the weaker seeded team is given home advantage, but to me this deprives the smaller clubs of the big away days. Imagine last year Havent playing all their games at home, they would have lost thousands

The system works for the League cup. We are in 3 cups, one split north/south, one seeded and one totally random, as has been said it has to differ from the FA cup in some way
