All very well having a gigantic goalkeeper, but it's an awfully long way down if he needs to save a shot along the ground.

Always remember that being one of Joe Corrigan's few weaknesses back in the day, and he was "only" 6' 4"!

For every problem there's a solution:

not according to their fans

L1 possibly

Yeah , hope he does well
11th. place in the League; 12th. place on goals conceded (1.37 goals per game). Sounds about par for their league position. The manager obviously wasn't too dissatisfied to play him 46 times!
He'd already showed he was quite capable at Championship level with Wigan the year before.

From what I hear Carl Rushworth, the Walsall fans really rate him, he has become something of a fans favourite up there and they already have a song for him.

Swindon, but used to be Manila
Saw him last night let in 5 .....the defence infront of him was abysmal.....dont think he could be blamed for any goals, kicking was good and shot stopping ok...needs a better defence if the loan is going to improve him.

But a good win for Swindon.

Former Worthing striker Ricky Aguiar got a couple for Swindon.

Looks like the Rosenior connection is already paying dividends for Derby. Would seem a good stepping stone for Rushworth. A League up and should be playing for one of the better teams next season.

I think (and hope) Liam will get more than one. Great for our youngsters playing for that man but with the pressure of being at a big club (for league one).
