Scott, I think that confirms my non-attendance for this game. £19 on the league cup? RAPE!

we have enough for a full car, so petrol-wise it will work out cheap

i think my attendance will depend on how much i have in my bank account on my return, and wheather or not i can get in as an under 16. not hopeful though as they asked for photo id to prove where you lived at the gate last time

Try ringing their ticket Office: 0845-345-1400 tomorrow and they may let you know if there is a discount.

yes andrew - we have yourself and potter, with clayton having expressed an interest, with myself at the wheel

if we go we can easily leave to accomodate you not needing to take time off work

It's not THAT cheap. Cardiff is 180 miles or so, so petrol is £20 each way at least. Between four people, it's still over a tenner each. If I'm going to waste £40-£50 on seeing us lose, I may as well go to Crewe and do it for a league game.

each to their own in that case. i much prefer evening away games, throw in a potential appearance from robbie folwer, the chance to abuse some welsh people and a terrace and it makes for a pretty good day out. plus this will probably be the last chance we get to visit ninian park, which is one of my more favourite grounds

are you thinking of going to crewe then? that could throw a spanner in the works of our soccer saturday session!

I'm pissed off this game is when it is, as a month or so later and I'll be living in Cardiff. Still, it does mean I'm rather well positioned for Swansea in September.

Oh no, I didn't mean I was actually going to go to Crewe. That will be dire, so I'm steering well clear. I would much rather sit on my sofa and get hammered with you!! If Cardiff wasn't the league cup, I'd be there, but I just find all cup games a bit shit.

well, i can't help but feel you are the one thats missing out, especially the visit to cardiff gate service station and the chance to send ourselves postcards among the other outrageous activities that have occured there over the years

£19 for adults, not good ! If i go ill have to go as under 16, but even then its £8.50 ! Thats a LOT for a league cup game in my opinion

That's brilliant, it's exactly the same reasoning I used for missing this game :lolol::lolol:
