Expensive at around 2+ million (probably beyond Brighton's reach) but Eddie Gavin has been a goal scoring machine for me. 
Should mention that he'll get turned down for a work permit first try, but appeal and you should get it.

I noticed that too. I've signed several non-EU players and I think maybe one was turned down for a work permit. Even player that the scouts said would never get a permit.
