[Technology] Can't post without accepting cookies

When trying to post, a box appeared at the top saying I need to accept cookies (I don't recall declining them) but no option appears to accept them. Looks like this requirement is waived for this sub-board.
EDIT I'm again able to post on the Big Board but I haven't actively accepted any cookies since.
