Can you download videos onto an Ipod Touch or a new nano from you tube?

I have to get the left side right side thing on my i-pod as i am right in the shot and when we are at Morecambe next season in mid-november i may play it to remind me of good (apart from the football) away days.

Short answer yes. You can stick pretty much anything visual on an iPod.

Have 2 seasons of The Muppet Shows, 3 seasons of Scrubs, 3 seasons Simpsons, all Family Guy episodes, every episode of the latest Apprentice series automatically going on to it night of broadcast. Lots of films too.

When I am at home I will send a link for an mp4 converter that I use, chugs along in the background while I'm playing Footie Manager and each morning/end of evening my videos are synced to my iPod.

I think it's called WinMP4Converter, will check though. Will take almost any video format and convert it to MP4 (required for iPod videos).

There is a program you can use to rip specific files off a webpage (people use it to get music from myspace, I don't).

If I find the name of the program, I'll let you know.
