Title shamelessly stolen from another worthy thread (we've been in the same position as our Palace friend, considering sending our son to St. Louis Children's Hospital for the same operation).
We're lucky to have the great local charity Whoopsadaisy in Brighton, that improves the chance for children with cerebral palsy to walk and gain other important motor skills. Whoopsadaisy helped my daughter (who also has CP) immensely, and she is going to be doing the mini mile to raise money for them. It's a great charity and the money raised goes straight to providing more sessions for the children, which really makes life changing differences.
There's more about their story on her Just Giving page.

Should I offer to wear a Palace shirt
