Why do people buy second hand cars when there are plenty of decent new ones, why do people eat at little chef when there's the Ritz?

Perhaps when they see who is selling their spare ticket they want to be certain that they are no-where near that person.

To get on the database you need to have bought a ticket via the club shop before. For the big games where a sell-out is expected, only people on the database (i.e. people that have bought tickets before) can get tickets.

It stops away fans from getting tickets in the home end, and also stops people that have never been to a home game at Withdean getting tickets for a big match at the expense of people that have been to Withdean before.

Sorry disagree. For the Norwich game where they had the same policy. It wasn't even close to selling out and lots of 'new'/neutral people who wanted tickets couldn't get them.

This really needs addressing before Falmer.

Fair enough - I was just reminded of the binfests that occured on here before the Man City game, where people that had never been to Withdean were complaining about not being able to buy a ticket.

My point about away fans in the home end still stands though - it is a bit like Villa not selling tickets to 'first timers' for our game earlier this season.
