Can someone explain these Albion shirts please?

I doubt I've uncovered something EPIC, but what are the colours of these Albion shirts ... apparently from 1921 but i've never seen them before, are they even blue?

Surprisingly away shirts were introduced in 1921 but there always was a change of shirts if colours clashed. Before 1921 the home team had to change.
