After yet another dismal display Mark McGhee must wonder what he's let himself in for, do you believe he can turn this around?

Hopefully he will!

But its seems no one on here has questioned why he left Milwall?
It seems strange to leave a club,(who werent doing to bad by the way) a few games into the season without being sacked?
Or as they put it Mutual Consent.

My question on the man is

A. Do the players like him?

B.Has he got any man management skills?

Now I know he has only been here a few weeks, but normally when a new man comes in the players are busting a gut for him.but it seems strange that the reversa has happened since he took over!

Be nice to hear a few comments from some Millwall fans on Mcghee.
I have heard a few rumours about the man and his way of managing, but you know what rumours are like!!:p

Would be very interested to hear what kind of half-time talk he gave yesterday that resulted in the team coming out a good five minutes before the City players. Presumably something along the lines of 'Get The Fcuk Out Of My Sight You Useless Bunch Of :censored: Get Out There In Front Of The People That Pay Your Wages And Take A Good Look At Yourselves You '

:censored:

i think he may be more of a adams coach than a coppell or taylor, he is more likly to rip a players head of than a little pep talk and will show you the door pretty sharply if you dont do things his way

Agree with Brighton Rock . We are off to Div 3 with McGhee.
The team do not seem to respond to him and as there is no money he cannot bring in a new team. Our last 4 matches have been relegation form. Agreed it took Coppell a few matches to turn things around but do not believe McGhee is in same class.
I hope I am desperately wrong and you can all laugh at me at the end of the season.

Its not looking too clever for the jock at the moment. 2 of the worst Albions performances in recent memory back to back, selling our best goalie and signing an irsh lad who would be better serving pints of Guiness in a Dublin bar.

Not convinced at the moment.
