Can anyone recommend a good local firm to ‘DO UP’ my flat?

As NSC seems to be the place to come for advice, I am looking for some help from you knowledgable lot. I have just taken on a flat near Preston Park which needs a fair amount of work. I am looking for a local firm with a good reputation, I need to do the following:

New Kitchen
New Bathroom
Laminate flooring throughout
New boiler
New internal doors
Modern fixtures & Fittings

Can pay in CASH too.

Anyone recommend a good firm or contact?
