Can anyone justify why Hawkins was picked over Lynch from the start of the season, why Virgo will start ahead of Robinson upfront when he isn't a striker, why Elphick looks a shadow of himself compared to last season, why Mayo and Hart are given contracts, why El-Abd plays midfield when we have Fraser Loft and Thornton available, why we're going downhill. What pisses me off is the way we just keep hold of players FOREVER. Why is noone at the club prepared to make tough decisions? There are ten players at the club who should have been thrown out long ago, but it seems once you've got a contract you've got a job for life. We'll never progress with this attitude. I've nothing against Cox, and he's not one of my least favourite players at all, but he's been poor and inconsistent for a couple of years now. When does his chance run out?

Cox is only in his third season in the first team, I thought he was okay last year, although seemed to be inconsistent. This season he has struggled, no idea why, could be complacency, could be her indoors, could be the manager.
