Looks like an RC4 decryption algorithm, decrypt the datablock with a virtual processor and reveal the link hidden inside the PNG file (in a comment tag).

Samuel: INAAANAIA
Ludwik: NAANIANMN
Louis: MMIMAAMMA

Well that was a fun 10 minutes going from Louis Pasteur to Ludwik Hirszfeld and a Mr Samuel who wrote about one of them only to find that Blood Types aren't categorised by those letters. So I got bored and resigned myself to the fact I won't be a Spook any time soon.

We've made progress here,

Samuel - Morse
Louis - Braille
Ludwik - Esperanto

So convert the original letters and numbers into morse code which draws out the braille letters of words which can be translated into esperanto.

Might of course be wrong but so far makes sense
