Nearish the end, I was right in line with it, it was at least a yard inside the penalty area, probably more.

How the ref only gave a free kick I don't know!!!

Can't say we never get anything from refs!!!

I thought it was very harsh to blow for it - but as he did, the ref should have given a penalty.

It hit him in the face and it was on the line, so not inside the area.

I was 100% convinced it was inside the box and thought he had pointed to the spot at first.

On the left side we all thought it was despicable he gave anything other than a corner, or surely more justly, a goal kick. Ball to hand!

wasnt in the area, lucky to be called a handball. apart from that is was a nailed on pen

i was pretty much in line with it too, id say it was on the line, not in the box, and it weould be unfair to give handball for that, the ball was smashed at his face, its instinctive to raise an arm to protect your face, thats all it was, i was gutted he gave a free kick at all.

The ball hit him under the arm when he raised his elbow and turned his head away to protect his face from the ball that came in too fast. He couldn't know where the ball was and he couldn't have controlled it with his head turned away, so no handball.

I liked how their player got the ball and was running to the penalty spot.

Definitely handball as his hands were raised near his head/face, however I was fairly inline and felt it was outside the box so the ref got it right.
