Aha. Entering the whole phrase into google translator, I get the following;

When I entered just the second half of the phrase, it came up with some nonsense about third poles (with others mentioning third wood or third stick). Sounds like it may be something about the club's medical facilities?

Or, of course, I could be talking nonsense.
