I don't dispute that it wash't a penalty. In my opinion with the benefit of action replays and slow motion I think it should not have been. Luckily we have this forum to chat endlessly about football-related issues.

.....in my opinion with the benefit of action replays etc it was a clear penalty. Goalkeeper nowhere near the ball and with little chance of doing anything other than take the man out made contact with Calderon's trailing leg.

IF I was a mod. And thank god Im NOT but If I was I would say:

It WAS a penalty.

Then close the thread. Because it WAS. No debate, no arguments.

In fact I would go as far as to delete it as short of writing CPFC Champions 2011/2012 I have NEVER EVER seen anything more silly than it WASNT a penalty.
