Previously there was a thread regarding the :flameboun:flameboun burger.

I didn't even know this place existed, so due to the numerous recommendations I have paid him two visits since, on both occasions the burgers (Hawaiian and Calypso) were first class.

On my second visit I purchased a chicken fillet burger. The two huge slabs of chicken in the bun were, well, huge!

Is this normal for a chicken fillet burger from this establishment?

If so KFC can do one and I will continue to purchase my chicken burgers from Burger Off!

Burger off is a fantastic place, I remember the chicken burgers used to be like that when he was in Hove. Where abouts is it now?

After your chip shop recommendation at H & W'ville, I'm inclined to saunter over there first chance I get! :)

Not a patch on Grubbs, IMO... Though don't know about the chicken burgers, the beef was sort of crumbly, fatty and tastless.

Sadly, mr Notters I have to agree about the beef burgers. The chicken burgers, however, are glorious from my experience! It's a shame they've got such a small premesis now, Brunswick Street West is easy to miss when walking along Western Road.
