I live down the road, often been there for business and pleasure, it is a fine and very interesting place to visit and in some lovely surrounding countryside with lots of things to do (steam trains, River Dart etc)
We had some of our best family holidays staying at a caravan (one with gas lighting) when the kids were little. Walk down to the river Dart and swim in the pools, then every now and again a steam train would go past. It was like being in the 50's. Happy days.
Weird how Buckie never become the trampagne of choice in England, yet walk the streets of Glasgow for a day & you'll practically see them mainlining the stuff. Even though it's produced here.
