Maybe he's not a premiership manager but he's certainly good enough for us. Problem is he likes teams in his image which means battlers not flair... that's why he's unpopular with fans. IU'm not disagreeing with you mate... he's not a premiership manager but League One manager? I think he'd do pretty well.
He is a poor manager, He managed to get Boro Promoted by spending a shed load.
