Don't most managers bring in their own staff these days? He's more likely to end up on the coaching staff in general.

I think Bruno might tell TB to go **** himself if this idea helped get CH sacked

A bit pointless sacking Chris and then having Bruno as part of the coaching staff. We need to be investing in managers and coaches with experience and a track record.

On what basis? We have to get away from sentiment and recruit on skills, knowledge and experience.

Any need for the mis-leading thread title?

Why on earth would you appoint someone with no experience in said role? If we're so desperate to employ a former Brighton player in a senior role why not promote Liam Rosenior who at least has done his badges and has a years experience coaching with the U23s!

Find it intriguing how many fans seem to have no idea about the business of football and how teams work off the pitch & behind the scenes.
