This is what makes Springsteens shows so special, along with his amazing back catalogue he pulls out little gems like this to make sure every show is unique, absolute legend!!
I don't think this is a Springsteen show. Billy Joel is playing piano, and probably lots more famous people dotted about!

He also introduce Darlene Love (Murtagh's wife in the Lethal Weapon movies, and sang 'Lonely this Christmas'), and Sam Cooke (soul man, cupid, chain gang, a change is gonna come, twistin the night away) is stood beside him (and possibly mistaken for jackie wilson by whoever uploaded that video). Cher Lloyd and Sarah Bareilles both appeared on a Taylor Swift one, Billy Joel and Don Mclean appeared on a Garth Brooks one. Garth appeared on a Billy Joel one, too.
