Not aiming to win I have put a time of 42:00mins. Did the London 10k in 44:00 which was better than I expected. Might wear my Palace shirt and let the Brighton lot try and catch me!!!!i've done it a couple of times. it's well organised, flat and fast apart from the two turns and the wind (if any). it's very competitive, you'll need about 30 mins if you're looking to win!

Sure it will afters!. Give me a time to challenge, but be reasonable.wearing your palace shirt would cut a good ferw minutes off!
respectable time, you'll enjoy it at that speed (the turns are a bit of a bugger though)

Cheers. I`ll give it a good go. I will try and beat 42:00 of course. If it's blowey then that means quite a lot on our seafront. the wind is south-westerly normally meaning that runnning up and down the front is always one into the wind, one pushing you along. can be a problem. it is very flat though (one little hump) so if you did 44.00 in london i'd think your target of 42.00 is very resaonable. good luck!
Anybody else in this race??
Get those running shoes back onPossibly. Haven't run for a while but meant to be starting again "next week".
