Weather's gonna be a bit grotty but shouldn't be too bad, hopefully I can run, shower and jump in the car to go to Saints!

Weather was alright, if a bit blowy - 4-6.5km down the prom was bloody knackering. Did 55.40, impressed that I got a text literally the second I crossed the line with my chip time.

I did 44:17. Weather was much better than I anticipated. The texting thing is well cool.

I did it in 51:52 and my misses who has never run before did it in 69 mins
