[Albion] Broken phone (so no Albion ticket in Wallet)

My son’s phone has completely had it. There are no linked devices, or spare phones in our house.

Short notice obviously … are there any alternatives for the club to allow him to gain access to use his ST tomorrow?

Couldn’t see anything on the club website, just blurb that those without phones are able to get a physical card for entire seasons.

Pop to the ticket office on arrival with ID, they will sort it

Go to the ticket kiosk tomorrow with all relevant details - i.d./ seat number/ fan number etc. They should then print out a paper ticket to access the turnstiles. Job done.

OK here's the tech response. Before his mobile went kaput had he successfully downloaded the ticket to his Google wallet? If so on your phone after you've swiped at the turnstile just pass the phone back to him and within Google wallet he can just sign into his Google account. Might just save a queue at the ticket office

I'd suggest asking some of the Always Ultras, they seem adept at getting into the Amex without a ticket.

With just hours to go he was in the Apple Store trying to get hardware fixed.

So we called it quits, I sold it via the Exchange at midday.

Everyone a winner … unlike the poor soul who watched Albion with a dross defence.
