this is going to be various misunderstanding of how the Crown Estates, Duchies of Lancaster and Cornwall operate.

Yes I'm genuinely misunderstanding how the system has been allowed to keep the Royal Family ridiculously wealthy
of course the royals are ridiculously wealthy, with many estates like Balmoral, Sandingham, many art and other assets kicking about. i'm expecting the programme to pass over that and focus on the estates that are parts of the state, some of which are merely managed by the royals as they pass through.

Wondering if @Bozza has put a limit on the number of threads that can be ignored by an NSC user 🤔
Not for premium premium premiuim patrons.

(I;m not aware of any limit - I think @Weststander is up to about 3 million or something)

In the same way that Trump supporters are completely unaffected by any of the revelations which have come to light about him, this programme won't make the slightest difference to the flag waving monarchists in this country

And aren't they losing c £1bn each year from the money that goes to the treasury?

Not sure what the issue is. The Duchies are privately owned 'businesses', admittedly they don't pay corporation tax at 25% but William and Charles do pay income tax on the income they receive .... at 45%. If government departments need to rent buildings what is the difference between paying rent to the Duchies and a private corporation probably with foreign shareholders ?

Additionally, both Duchies provide housing to many and farm tenancies - something you wouldn't get from large shareholder owned corporations.

I can think of a lot of other things to get all angry over.
