Bristol on Saturday Night?

On Saturday I was in Bristol for a night out with family and friends. Conversation around the bars was all about Brighton fans and our support for other clubs. They were all full of praise for our support at Wrexham that afternoon.

All of you who went should be very proud.

It was heartwarming to here such stories and praise for our club.

Well done

That's strange... according to The Laughing Bluebird and that Palace nobber, we should have gone and supported our own team rather than galivant to Wrexham...when we could have just SENT them money.

I'm glad we aggre anyway. Fans United will never be defeated!

With LB it's all in the username.

He feels guilty that he did nothing to support a fellow Welsh club in crisis. He spends too much time on this, another team's board, writing crap but spends no time or energies on helping a team in his own backyard.

Typical of Cardiff fans. They're the Man U of Wales.:nono:

I think some people are missing the point. Yes Wrexham need money but by having a large number of fans there on Saturday from other clubs they got something far more important, they got headlines. If we had all sent them £10 the press would not have even touched the story. As it was Sky, ITV and the BBC not to mention most of the national press all gave it coverage. This is worth far more in the long run.

No guilty feelings here, I can assure you. I sent a reasonable donation to the Wrexham fighting fund a couple of weeks ago. Your geography is way off. Since when was Wrexham in Cardiff's back yard?
