Why the **** isn’t the ref stopping the game if a player has a broken leg?! Doesn’t matter what the players do if the ref stops the game, and he’s the only one with power to. It’s really simple.

It's not going to make much difference anyway, is it? A broken leg is going to remain broken whether the physio is on in seconds or after a couple of minutes.

That's true, to be fair. Tho love the way that just about anybody with any kind of half-arsed excuse to be on the is pitch gets to be on the pitch in the Aussie No Rules game while the game is in play

If a player is down receiving treatment in football and it obstructs play, especially in the box, then that would be a bit of a nause wouldn't it.

Think this is a great idea. They've decided it will be a club policy to play to the whistle and have emailed other clubs to tell them this in advance:

Would make even more sence in the Premiership with VAR in use
