It may be greedy and it may be eating up wages but I would like to keep both keepers.

I think the competition is good for both of them and both will be used

I may be putting 2 + 2 together and making 6 here, but I have heard that Coppell doesn't rate him and is it possible that Michel himself wants to go?

Coppell is building his own team, those of you living in the Adams era are likely to get even more pissed off as others are replaced.

Kuipers is a legend but SC obviously prefers Roberts. Kuipers can either knuckle down and bide his time or make noises about joining Hull full time 'cos he's got the hump. If he's not willing to fight for his place I'm happy to see him go.

Time to move on and have fond memories of the team that MA built. Coppell did not come here to make do with what he had available when he arrived, he is improving the team and will do it his own way. If it means our favourite players are replaced to improve the team, so be it.

I know you're right Icy but it doesn't make it easier to take.

It feels like a member of the family leaving, but as you say if he's not willing to fight for his place....

I would love Kuipers to stay but we may be able to get good money for him.
If he stays his contract is up at the end of the season and he can walk away for free (which he will probably do if he is not first choice).
Roberts is a superb keeper who has already made great saves this season - Swindon was a one off - everyone is entitled to a bad game every now and again.
Ideally we'd keep both but I can't see it happening.
