On NSC for over two decades...
It does seem to be all about salaries at this level as far as I can see. If the Albion want to compete they need be competitive in that area too - which must be difficult when the income isn't there.

I keep hearing what a well run club we are.

The whole set up on the pitch seems to be going backwards at speed.

It’s a bit odd. The exodus in the summer still hasn’t been explained or made sense of, as far as I can see.

Not for the women's team though.
We don't spend big money in the men's team either, but we've got a great recruitment record there.
Losing our best 5 players in the summer could send us down.
