[Albion] Brighton Women start the New Year with a win at Spurs

Good to see that yesterday Brighton Women played Tottenham Hotspur Ladies in the Womens Super League and came away with a hard-fought 1-0 away win thanks to a Sophie Perry freekick. The result leaves them comfortably in fourth, 4 points off the top of the table with a game in hand.

The slightly annoying thing is that I actually live less than 100 yards from the Theobalds Lane ground and didn't know this game was on. I was aware that a match was being played and that more cars were parked near my house than for a Cheshunt match but had I known it was the Albion playing I would have cheered them on. Must keep a look out in future. Great result,
