Of all the people on the pitch I would most like Dixon to score.

and then Murray scores............but know what you mean it would be nice after his injuries.

Agreed.

May only be a friendly, but would do his confidence the world of good.

A better result than I expected, we should be all set up to win next Saturday now.

was at the game today, looking pretty promising for next week.
Virgo was very quiet in central midfield, and was a big shock to be playing there to all at the ground. As far as others, lynch came of with a small niggle to be replaced by mayo, nothing to do with a shit performance as he was playing well anyway. As much as i disagree with him being here, it must be said that kerry mayo had a bloody good game today, looked solid and dealt with a pacy winger by using his experience. Murray worked quite hard, so did forster and both came very close. second half the subs came on, loft again did better than i was expecting, playing a couple of nice through balls, and had the two up top been offside we could of had 5 or 6. Dixon looked shit again, seemed very nervous infront of goal, reluctant to shoot despite once being 4 yards out with a free header. sullivan had nothing to do, so cant comment really, but overall a good performance, despite the supposed 2nd team looking better than the starting eleven in the 1st half did.

Spring as in Matthew Spring aint no little fella, he more resembles Basil Fawlty. Seem to remember him playing as number 4 when we put them down last season ( he looked good though ).
