Brighton would become immediately important to football fans on the peninsular.

To be honest I didn't bother to read the other thread on this subject because there was no mention that we were interested. This thread I've bothered to open up because it seems relevant.

Anyway, on to the subject in hand, how serious is this interest and would we stand a chance against Stoke?

It seems unlikely but with Bloom wanting to recoup his millions maybe he wants to take a punt on gaining supporters in the Chinese/Asian market. If so, how successful are we likely ot be as a Championship team?

Korean market, don't lump Korea in with China.

If we sign a young Korean international you can instantly add 10 million overseas fans who will buy Brighton merchandise (probably fake) and ESPN Korea will broadcast almost all Brighton games whether live or recorded.
