We were struggling the first 30 mins but we started to come good at the end. Second half we showed the watching sporting world what we can do to any team. Two great goals and the last 5 minutes wasn't good for my health. CL places now . . . wow.

Fourth place in the PL! Lovely - shame we can't go into the international break in the top 4, but let's enjoy it for the 24 hours we've got!

Jesus … I’m close to tears… absolutely unbelievable performance… unreal… they were sooooo expectant… I think them taking the lead actually helped us and ironically did for them …

Mark me, proof right there that we got it right in the summer… our depth (by our standards) is something we’ve simply never had.

I’m so proud… what a night to remember.

Wins against United, Newcastle away, Spurs and now City. Not many if any would dave predicted that before the season starts. Now we have 6 out of 7 potential winners coming up after the break. I'd take 4 wins 2 draws now

As long as it stayed 0 - 1 I knew we'd come back....maybe for the draw and hopefully the win.
What a bloody fine way to beat City - and did they say that's the first time in 90 games that City have lost, after being 1 - 0 up?
If so, better still.

What a week - Trump el Presudento and Brighton beating Man City! A fantastic second half and a well deserved Victory if uou discount the first 35 mins. Plus a biased ref!

Joao Pedro speaking to Sky Sports: "First, I'm happy to be back. I know I'm an important player for the team so when we win like this against a big team it is good. Now we have time to breathe and win more games."

On his goal: "I had too many people there but I'm always told to follow the action so I was there and I'm happy to score. After two months out, I'm very happy to be back."

On Matt O'Riley: "Very good to help the new players. His first game he got injured and I got close to him because I was injured also. To help him in his first game in the Premier League is very special for me. I know how hard it is to come to a new club and then get injured in the first game. I'm very happy to help him and I hope he can help us more."

"Last season we dropped too many points and the gaffer told us to believe in ourselves this season and we are doing well this season against the big teams."
