Could be worse, we could have lost at home to Forest…. Umm…probably saving that for next weekend

That Rutter miss was unforgivable. What was he doing? Tried to place it when he just needed to hit it. I'm sure if we'd scored then we would have won easily. Cost us the match.
Leeds mate sez:

'Finishing is his weak point! And decision making in front of goal - that’s part of the weakness'

Great - exactly what we need!

Rutter and Mitoma's misses were really really bad. They justify their wages and score, we win.

Disappointed Ipswich grew into the game and we couldn't continue our intensity.

Mitoma got taken on by the full back one more time than he took him on. 0-1. He was better in the second half though.

Julio one class moment. Gave the ball away others.

We really rush things. These one touches just smash into each others shins. CHILL OUT.

I actually think we played well overall though and rather be us than Liverpool tonight. Ipswich will not go down. They defended really well as a team.

For the first time this season, we really missed Pascal Gross. His composure and finishing around the penalty area.

Oh and please for the love of God - Dunk f*** OFF taking free kicks you deluded idiot. You're not Ronaldo, it's not 2007 and it's too close to the goal. Embarrassing that he takes them.

Dear Tone,
Love you bruv but next window how about signing someone who can stick the ball in the net?

Is this a joke? I hope so but if not...

We've just spent £195m on players, it's never about 1 player scoring goals as RDZ proved. Give your head a wobble. Nothing like coming on NSC to make me feel like my disappointment is actually very measured!!!!

A lot of our chances come from out wide and Minteh and Mitoma were both off it today (To be fair Tuanzebe had a blinder).

Won't be the last time we aren't quite there after an international break. It's always been a bit of a feature.

Forest have got a bonus 3 points today. Hopefully a turnaround next week.

Genuinely terrible performance from us. Ipswich play like that for the rest of the season, they're beating Derby's record.
Don't agree on either front.

We had our chances but were wasteful, particularly Mitoma and Minteh. I'd like to see Adingra get a start next time out. But if not for some excellent goalkeeping we'd have won probably 2-0. Baleba in particular had a great match.

Ipswich showed they can defend well, which is the main thing for a newly promoted side. Some quick players on the counterattack, Clarke and Delap particularly. They'll get enough points to finish above three others.

Same shit. New manager.

Why did Dunk take that late free kick.... come on now. With the amount of attacking talent at the club.....

Surely the players/coaches can decide to come up with something more threatening?
I think Dunk pulled rank.

We didn't play well. Ipswich will get relegated and are shit. We were poor today.
Ultimately it's going to take time.

Reality check.

Hurzeler hasn’t got THE magic solution to the mass ranked defence, that Potter struggled with.

But hindered by some headless chickens overcrowding space 25 yards out, telegraphed passing and Minteh (plus Mitoma first half).

Thank fck Ipswich don’t possess PL quality forwards. Good counter attacking teams are going to cherry pick goals.

Frustrating result for sure but we aren’t going to win every game we deserve to…
Their goalkeeper had a fantastic match and while our finishing should have been better, we still dominated the opposition enough to win very comfortably.
Annoyingly, I think 1 goal would have opened the flood gates but today wasn’t our day.
Win against Forest and it will have been a magnificent start for us
