Brighton fans joining us at Brentford yesterday

Suprised to see a mother and daughter, both Seagulls fans, at Waterloo on our train to Brentford yesterday. Daughter was sporting her Brighton shirt, they did agree with me that they must have been desperate for a match!

But with the Tommy, Steve and Wes links, they chose to watch us. Said they would like to see Cook back, but that Lge 1 is Tommy's level, which is probably about right. For the record, both were great again yesterday, Wes Fogden was superb in midfeld also.

On Brentford fan said that we reminded him of Poyet's Brighton, which must be a good thing suppose.. All sweetess and light on the board again after yesterday then, nice to see

I wouldn't have either of them back, they're good but they're league one level, was a shame to see Tommy go the way he did.

8k+ must have been Brentford's biggest crowd in decades surely? How many did the Cherries take?

About 1,350 I think. Would have been better but it was New Years Day and about 2k are going to Wigan on Saturday too, which stopped a few going yesterday.

Pretty poor showing from Brentford really - some of their lot were expecting 10k...

yup it was who i thought
