What happens to the Corporate boxes, that Companies have paid for their sole use. Are they resold by the rugger buggers to their own Cooperates.

Not sure of the point you are making. Boxes are no different from 1901. You get exclusive use for B&HA games. I don't expect to get my seat for Rod Stewart or the Jehovah's do so why should box leasers get a rugby game?

No problem. AFAIK, Wembley is the only stadium where you can get the seat for all events - which is why so many are empty for even the biggest events.

Edit - just checked and even that is football only for boxes with the possibility of keeping it for other events for extra cost.
