A concern for me. On the positive, Lopez has barely had any pre season and was a slow starter last year before coming good. Buckley? He appears to be struggling with his match fitness still. He looks jaded at times compared to when we have seen him at his best. I don't like him starting on the left side either. Always looks so less effective than on his natural right side.

Strange that a player - even if out of contract - should let his fitness drop during the close season.
Agree with you over Buckley concerning which wing to play on although I think you are confusing his jaded look with laziness. There were times yesterday when he only had Shittu next to him and he lacked either the will ( pun very much intended) or the confidence to just push the ball past him and go. I reckon Shittu would have been off by half time.
