I'm sure it will take a time, but I think given the investment Tony will expect to see something quicker than 10 years for a return. 45th isn't good enough for a CAT 1 academy even with the less than perfect scoring system and I'm sure that Tony will be expecting some significant improvement in the next 3-5 years.

They were only awarded Category One status last June - Academy awarded Category One status
