Yes, I've done it for the last four years. My times have progressed from 52:43 to 46:44 last time. It's a great race on a nice crisp autumn morning. Good luck!

done it 2 out of the last 3 years. flat as a pancake run, guaranteed a fast time and always good when you turn the corner at king alfreds , see madeira drive in the distance and bolt like hell for home (all be it 4km away!). I'll be there next sunday, looking forward to it

Meopham, Kent.
I'll be too tired. My brother is running the New York marathon this Sunday, and I'm exhausted just thinking about that. I won't have recovered in time for the Brighton 10k.

Yep, I'll be coming down for it. First race for a couple of years, but have been putting in plenty of decent training (having a young child means I'm nornally up at around 6am so no probs getting a run in before work). Got a PB of 52.50 so hoping to get close to that if it's not too windy.

I ran New York three years ago Gritt. Was an amazing experience with typically fervent support from thousands of locals. Coming off the Queensboro Bridge as you enter Manhattan at mile 16 and seeing 1st Avenue stretching for about four miles into the distance towards The Bronx will live with me forever.

I did a 10k in April and got 52 mins. Did another but on track about three weeks ago which was easier. I don't think I want to do another for a while.

Didn't know it was happening but would have done it. I have just completed the Great South Run in 1 hour 24mins.

Thats a good time for 10 miles. There are some really good 10ks locally.Bognor,Littlehampton,Arundel,Angmering,Worthing to name a few.I'll be looking to beat my PB 10k time of 44.39
