What a complete and utter wet blanket berk you are. The divisiveness of the last few years, entirely caused by pricks like you who refused to accept a democratic decision to Leave, is not the thing being celebrated.
You must be devoid of common sense, completely self-absorbed and shockingly unable to take responsibility for your own supportive actions to believe it is the divisiveness being celebrated.
I wasn’t going out to celebrate anything on Friday, but the local is doing some promotions for expats and expect to bring in a few punters so I will probably tag along with the others. I will certainly raise a glass to toast the fact people like you were rightly defeated in their attempts to stop what was voted for being enacted and celebrate people like you have been put back in their cage and will toast that the real winner here from the last few years is the final acceptance of democracy.
We should all celebrate that……you no doubt will still be on here bitching about it happening with the last few loony extremists remaining on here who are making a laughing stock of themselves..

To clarify, I have no problem with any celebrations but do question individual people's motives at a time when a substantial number of people (close to half) regret the decision.

Plenty of remainers even on here respected the decision to leave and accepted we should therefore leave. You never did. I suspect you do not speak for them at all even though you think you do.
When you are back in your cage dont forget to return to the sewer you emerged from.

The referendum is not a good example of democracy at work, the funding of misinformation, the targeting of voters at an individual level with misinformation, and the popular press pushing misinformation, combining to deliver a narrow majority on a major change for our country. It is an example of the frailty of democracy and how it can be usurped, and often is, with a lot of money.
