You are not wrong but a reversal of the vote through a new referendum will lead to rioting and fighting on the streets. You wouldn’t think it could get worse but a new vote to remain would result in just that imo.

Frankly I think it would be even more dangerous to sweep corruption under the carpet because of threats of civil unrest and violence. Undermining democracy whilst claiming they are upholding it is what the goons are working towards..... and it is more appropriate to a banana Republic than a so-called principled, democratic country like the UK.

I’m also interested in other stuff like taxation, it affects us all. But I know through experience and it forms part of my professional work, that Labour and Conservative will lie about that, and be totally dishonest about what’s required to fund promises. The independent/apolitical IFS are great at ripping the Labour and Conservative figures apart.

We are extremely lucky that we're not using the Euro. Our economy has never been in line with the rest of Europe and being able to adjust our own interest rates is crucial in keeping our economy on an even keel.

He won't, but maybe his committee that decides policy for him will. With a bit of luck, he will be out of a job too soon and we can get back to having a proper, electable opposition.

True, no one in tye UK to my knowledge has argued in the last 10 years that we should’ve joined the Euro. When the economies of Greece and others completely collapsed, the wealthier Euro members had to step in with £B’s of emergency funding.

The "people in charge" are people selected by us on the basis of their manifesto commitments. They are our representitives, not our rulers.

The Tory manifesto stated that they want a smooth and orderly Brexit. This obviously rules out no deal and arguably May's WA too, as the backstop issue is far from smooth.

Labour's manifesto stated that they will ensure that a deal is achieved that retains the benefits of the single market and customs union, which May's deal does not achieve.
