Why would he be at Blackpool vs Brighton? Anton was obviously not going to be in the squad and there is not a player he could be interested in?

None of ours, no, but potentially Ince at Blackpool, even though he only left them a season ago.

Besides, he presumably lives in the north west, perhaps he thought it'd be a good game to watch, rather than (say) Blackburn.

After that performance yesterday I think it's safe that he won't be sniffing around any of our players.

Ince , a far more brighter prospect than Winifred.

He was probably scouting players but didn't he and Poyet do a lot of their coaching badges together? If so, he might have been catching up with Gus or checking to see how we play a similar 'style' to how he wants to play? Might have been a wasted afternoon if it was the latter!!

He has a good goal scoring record at anfield!

:lolol:

It would have been Tom Ince, fits the mould of what Rodgers wants to try and do at Anfield. Shame how the timing worked out, considering it was them who sold Ince to Blackpool in the first place. I'm not sure who else the manager of Liverpool would have been looking at, but to be honest, it says a lot about Liverpool that he was even there scouting in the Championship.

He has been at the Amex a few times when his time has allowed him too also.

He thought Harley was playing and wanted to see how he had come on since "dropping down a league"
